My Order / Account

We have recently made changes to the Mendi website that require all customers to reactivate their Mendi account. Please use the activation link contained in a recent email titled "Customer account activation." If you did not receive this email or have lost it, please reach out to us at hello@themendico.com and we can help.

Please note: until your account is reactivated, clicking on "Forgot your password?" will not re-establish access to your account.

While we strive to get you your products as quickly and efficiently as possible, our order fulfillment timeline can vary based on order volume and staffing. On average, you can expect us to fulfill your order in 1-3 business days (we don’t pick and pack orders on weekends or holidays); after that, packages typically take 2-5 business days to travel to their destination, but that too can vary depending on the shipping carrier and service you select at checkout, the time of year, and where you live. 

Absolutely! You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we fulfill and ship your order. 

If you need to change or cancel your order, including a change to your shipping address, please contact us right away at hello@themendico.com and please be sure to include your order number. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you’re able to catch us before we’ve shipped your order, we’re happy to make changes. 

For folks who are subscribers to our product(s), you can update your address or edit / cancel upcoming subscriptions anytime in the "Manage Your Subscriptions" section of your account.

Let’s get that order submitted! Here are a few things to try:

Check your credit card information, including your billing and shipping address, to ensure each entry is correct. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX. Paypal & Amazon don’t do business with CBD or cannabis companies, so we cannot offer that payment method.

What browser are you using? Is it updated to the latest version? Consider trying in a new incognito browser.

There’s no need to click twice, we don't want you to accidentally order twice!

If you have a discount code that you would like to use on a purchase, please enter it at checkout.

Please note: our discount codes do not stack, meaning you cannot use multiple discount or promo codes on the same order. If you see a discount code applied at checkout and enter another code, the active code will be replaced.

Mendi occasionally uses automatic discounts in the cart. In those instances, discount codes applied at checkout will not apply on top of the automatic discount.

Not yet! We currently only ship domestically. We hope that this will change in the future so we can serve our entire Mendi community.

Mendi products purchased through this website include a 10-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us at hello@themendico.com to initiate the return of unused portion of your product (you’ll just be on the hook for the return shipping costs). Please include your order number in your message so we can best help you. If the return of your Mendi product is postmarked within 10 days from the delivery of your product(s), once we receive your return, we will issue you a full refund.

We’d also like to mention that there is inherently some trial and error involved in trying CBD in terms of dosage, time of day, frequency, etc. We encourage you to experiment with a few different products and the above factors to find what works best for you. So, you have a tracking number and maybe even a delivery notification, but no package -- what gives?! Most of the time, packages arrive without issue, but the two issues we occasionally hear about are:

1. The order seems to get stuck / lost en route and does not arrive. If you are keeping an eye on your tracking number and the package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please email us so we can monitor its status with you and, if needed, send a replacement order.

2. You receive a delivery notification but you do not see a package. We have noticed that, on occasion, a delivery notification can PRECEDE the delivery by a day or two. If you get a delivery notification but don't see your package, please give it up to three business days. If it still doesn’t arrive, please let us know so we can send a replacement order. 

As part of replacing your order, we may ask you to complete a missing package form with USPS or UPS, but will work to get you sorted ASAP!
