      Full Spectrum CBD Bath Salt FAQs

      Since our CBD bath salts don’t absorb into your bloodstream, you can use them quite generously. However, we recommend adding 2oz (2 oz serving size = 37.5mg CBD) of our Full Spectrum CBD Bath Salts with 2-3 oz of epsom salts for maximal relief and duration of your bag(s). We do include epsom salt (Magnesium Sulfate) for deep muscle relief and recovery, but adding a bit more will only enhance your recovery experience with our bath salts. 

      In some ways, it’s personal preference. We find the CBD Bath Salts best for full body muscle relaxation, tension relief and an additional mindfulness practice for your day. Adding our Full Spectrum CBD Bath Salts and enriched essential oils to a hot bath delivers deep and restorative relaxation, pain relief and whole body recovery. Our CBD Bath Salts can also be used as a foot scrub.
