ECOMMERCE MANAGER

Job Description
We are looking for a qualified eCommerce Manager to join our team. This key role will maintain a consistent focus on our direct-to-consumer website and proactively manage daily updates, fixes and improvements along with our agency web development team. We are expecting you to be passionate about the quickly-changing digital shopping experience and have excellent organizational skills. This position will require both the detailed level thinking involved with maintaining an online store and a broader proactive view–with fresh perspectives to measure new opportunities to continually improve our customer experience online.

Responsibilities 
• Adapt imagery across responsive breakpoints and international locales

• Partner with copywriters to develop and design new layouts and imagery within established design systems

• Present designs both virtually and in person

• Juggle a mix of projects, often with overlapping priority and urgency

• Build and maintain working files inside a collaborative file structure

• Continually adopt new tools and practices as the work evolves

• Share (and document) your knowledge and perspective with your peers

• Manage work tasks using Asana, Google Docs and other digital tools

• Prepare and deliver image assets for web, email, paid marketing, blog, social, and other digital communication channels

• Must be able to work effectively within eCommerce platforms, designs tools, and the various apps integrated within

• Ability to manage in-house technical projects and working with agency partners

• Template Design experience to improve User Experience and User Interfaces elements

• Technical troubleshooting support experience

• Keeping style guide up to date and UI elements consistent

• Building out new pages

Performance Goals

Qualifications
You Have:
• Experience and familiarity editing within a content management system like WordPress, Squarespece, Expression Engine, etc. and understand the basic structure of an eCommerce backend editing environment such as Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.

• A keen eye for detail and in interest building different content layouts that are optimized for a responsive shopping experience across mobile, table and desktop displays

• Ability to follow brand guidelines and design templates to repurpose for making updates and building out versions for display ads and promotional material

• Solid working experience building, editing and optimizing pixel and vector graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)

• 2 to 3 years work experience in an eCommerce/entrepreneurial environment

• An ability to communicate clearly with peers and across disciplines

• An eagerness to try (and adopt) new applications and working methods

• A dedication to delivering great work with a high level of integrity

Even Better:
• Experience in project management, traffic, or asset management
HTML, CSS

• Print experience (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator)

• Animation (e.g. AfterEffects, Adobe Animate)

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our marketing team. If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media engagement strategies, customer service, subscription and loyalty programs and have great written and verbal skills. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage communication with our growing Mendi community.

Responsibilities

Community Management
• Plan and implement social media campaigns and engagement strategies

• Provide copy and content for all social media (IG, TW, FB, LI)

• Plan and implement social contests and giveaways

• Help create a unified voice to community content across channels (articles, email, ads)

• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and advocate for new ideas and channels to engage our community

• Monitor, track and report bi-weekly on community KPIs

• Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams

Customer Service
• Respond to community questions (social, email, chat) and reviews in a timely manner

• Build relationships with customers, community and relay partnership requests

• Become well-versed in product knowledge and service policies, building out an online Knowledge Base for the organization

• Work with the team to identify scalable customer service / CRM platform solutions and become the power-user of the platform, updating customer information and notes after each interaction and reporting on trends

• Look for and share new opportunities to improve the customer experience throughout the business process

• Coordinate with Product and Production teams

• Monitor, track and report bi-weekly on customer service KPIs

Performance Goals
• Grow social communities and engagement rate

• Turn community members into customers

• Help frustrated customers become loyal, repeat customers

• Ensure anyone with a question gets a friendly and immediate response

Qualifications
• Great written and verbal skills. Detail oriented and organized with data entry/computer skills.

• Solid understanding of social media strategy and platforms

• Experience analyzing data and building reports

• Experience in influencer marketing

• Experience with contests and giveaways

• CRM experience

• Understanding of how to use segmentation and targeting as a marketing tool across channels
