Mendi creates products to help you feel your best in two distinct product lines or categories:
All Mendi products are made with hemp. While hemp is part of the cannabis family, hemp is distinct from marijuana or other cannabis products because it does NOT have any intoxicating or “high” effect. That is because hemp has less than 0.3% THC, which is the federally legal limit of THC as declared by the 2018 Farm Bill. This allows us to ship our products anywhere within the United States, and allows you to safely carry them through TSA checkpoints domestically.
Now that you know all Mendi products are non-intoxicating, all-natural and non-addictive, let’s look at the differences between our two product lines so you can find the one that is best suited to help you feel your best and addresses your unique needs.
CBD is one of over 100 active compounds found in the hemp plant known as cannabinoids. When extracted from the hemp plant, CBD works to reduce pain, inflammation, stress, anxiety and can promote better sleep.
Our No THC products use CBD that is extracted from the hemp plant in a special way that isolates the CBD compound so that the only hemp derived substance in your product is pure CBD. There are a few reasons that someone would prefer a No THC product. If you are drug tested regularly for other cannabinoid usage (typically THC would be what you’re tested for), using a No THC product eliminates any risk that there could be trace amounts of other cannabinoids in your system from Mendi products. Some customers also prefer No THC ingestibles (Gummies, Tinctures, Tablets) because they have fewer hemp compounds, which can give some products a slightly plantier taste or flavor.
The Full Spectrum products that Mendi offers keep all 100+ cannabinoids in tact. This means you not only get CBD, but 100s of other compounds that work together in harmony to give you a potentially bigger result. This is known by researchers as the entourage effect. Full Spectrum products do contain trace amounts of THC, but all products have been 3rd party tested to ensure they have less than the legal limit of 0.3% THC. You can always find our test results on our product pages or by scanning the QR code on your personal product. Many customers choose the Full Spectrum line because they are looking for full-plant power and the biggest or best result possible from their products.
