How to elevate your everyday

We’ve written articles to help you build  CBD routines,  building a healthier sleep regimen,  how to manage chronic stress,  how to take  CBD during your work day and all the various ways our products can help you manage your general wellness from head-to-toe. We write articles for athletes and active lifestyles,  parents,frontline workers and more because we care about your wellness routine and genuinely want you to get the most out of our products. 


In saying that, we feel it’s important to have a one-stop shop to help you elevate your everyday life by combining multiple articles with helpful wellness, mindfulness, CBD routines and product tips to maximize your everyday. We know time is of the essence for most of you, so we don’t want you wasting time scrolling through previous articles collating information. 


This educational article will touch on three key areas of your life that will hopefully provide an immediate positive impact. Our products are designed to be included in a holistic daily wellness practice. They’re not a one-size-fits all and they’re not a cure-all. However, our wellness solutions are 100% plant-based and hemp-based to help you maximize your life so you can continue to do all the things you love with the people you love. Ultimately, fostering a deeper sense of wellbeing and self-love. 


We know life is busy for many people and you don’t have the bandwidth to prioritize every single wellness practice that flashes across your device. So, if you’re like most of us and can only prioritize three key wellness practices we hope you find the below resources helpful. 


Priority 1: Self-love and self-validation. 


Be kind to yourself. Be compassionate with yourself. Tell yourself what a great job you’re doing and don’t forget to celebrate the big and small wins. It’s so easy to get caught up with all the things on your to-do list (which oftentimes is WAY more than we can handle), then criticize yourself for not getting everything done. We live in a culture of comparison, perfectionism and criticism. Both brought on internally and externally. Everyone is on their own journey and we are here to celebrate everyone’s individual journey, while also giving gentle reminders to sprinkle in consistent self-love and self-validation along the way. For most of us, we are genuinely doing the best we can which should be rewarded! 


Priority 2: Build movement and quality sleep into your daily life. 


It’s hard to talk about movement without talking about sleep and vice versa. They are both essential to living a healthy lifestyle and to longevity. Getting enough quality sleep is arguably the single best thing you can do for your body. It’s essential for the health of your brain, heart, nervous system, musculoskeletal system, hormones, metabolism and more. Sleep is when your body repairs itself, so if you’re depriving yourself of quality sleep you are depriving yourself of repair. This can have serious consequences for your short and long-term health. 


An essential component to a good night’s rest is consistent exercise. Our bodies are built to move, adventure, play and to express ourselves physiologically. Movement is critical to maintaining healthy bones, joints, blood pressure, lungs, heart, metabolism etc. Moving a minimum of 3 days per week, whether walking, hiking, jogging, weight lifting, group fitness, yoga or another activity of your enjoyment is a great starting point. As a former performance coach, my rule of thumb is it’s harder to get back into shape than staying consistently in shape all the time. Pick 1-2 movements or exercises that you enjoy and build from there. 


Priority 3: Stay hydrated. 


Hydration is the third essential component to elevate your everyday wellbeing. Staying hydrated repairs and replenishes every single cell in your body– imagine the impact! It can help with headaches, skin and hair care, wrinkles, sleep quality, muscles, joints, bones and more. Approximately 75% of us are dehydrated every day. The rule of thumb on hydration– unless you’re hydrated, you’re dehydrated. There’s really no inbetween.
