CBD and Fitness: does it help?

As a long-time elite athlete and former professional soccer player, this question has come up a lot in my journey with CBD and Mendi. I've come to understand intimately the importance of taking care of my body. Nutrition, movement, sleep, sun/being outside and connection are all essential factors in overall health and wellbeing. But this article is meant to get a bit more granular on how to optimize certain parts of the equation, specifically getting the most out of each workout. 

 

Life is busy and time is limited, so every workout counts during our hectic weeks. If we are only able to workout three days a week, then let's make sure you're optimizing those three days. If you haven't considered using CBD and plants as a tools to enhance your performance, it's time you should. 

 

While hemp and cannabis are still largely uncharted in the research world, the evidence that does exist is quite compelling. More athletes, like myself, have turned to CB to help improve post-workout recovery after intense trainings, provide relief for in-jury related pain, sleep disturbances and more.
